Tutorial

Supplies: Base Coat, Blue Nail Polish, Black Nail Polish, White Nail Polish, Nude Nail Polish, Brown Nail Polish, Dotting Tool OR Nail Art Brush, Top Coat

1. Start off with clean, bare nails.

2. Apply a base coat.

3. Paint all of your nails blue except for your ring and pointer fingers. Paint those nails white.

4. Pinkie: Paint an exclamation point by swiping a white line close to the end of your nail. Add a white dot under it.

Ring & Pointer: Paint nude colored dots on the corners of your nails for cookies. Add smaller dots with a brown polish for the chocolate chips.

Middle: Paint two connected white polka dots close to your cuticle. Add small black polka dots inside of the white ones. Paint his mouth under the eyes.

Thumb: Paint the word 'NOM' across your thumb nail.

5. Apply a top coat when the nail polish is dry.
