Tutorial

Supplies: Base Coat, Red Nail Polish, Blue Nail Polish, White Nail Polish, Dotting Tool AND/OR Nail Art Brush, Matte Top Coat (OPTIONAL)

1) Start off with clean, bare nails.

2) Apply a base coat.

3) Paint some of your nails blue and the others red OR white.

4) Apply white dots on the blue painted nails. These will represent the stars!

5) Apply white OR red stripes to the white OR red painted nails. These will represent the stripes!

6) Apply a matte top coat when the nail polish is dry. This will make the nail polish look flatter and take away the shine! You can apply a regular top coat if you don't want the nail polish to look flat!
